Michigan DOT Releases Their 2017 Road Construction Projects
The Michigan Department of Transportation has released their map of road construction projects for 2017. This year there doesn't seem to be any major projects planned for the Lansing area.
However, keep in mind that there are some plans to improve the bridge at Peake Road on I-96 between Lansing and Grand Rapids. Also, there will be road repairs on US 127 between Lansing and Jackson to resurface over 17 miles of the highway between Henry Road and M-36--that could cause some headaches.
