Alright. I hope you're sitting down for this one.

Especially if you know me. This is going to come as a tremendous shock. Are you ready? Here we go...

You will probably never find me wearing the coolest new styles on the cover of a magazine or for that matter, anywhere in the inside of a magazine wearing the coolest new styles. I have never been invited to be a part of the "Dapper Dads Challenge and Fashion Show" that the Sparrow Foundation has put on for years because well, I'm not very dapper. I may not be dapper at all as a matter of fact.

But, that doesn't mean I haven't had occasion to wear a suit once in awhile, or even attire that was a bit more than business casual. It's those occasions where I run into a store that features men's clothing (usually at close to the last minute) and quickly grab a few items to get me through a work event or two. And if they are pretty well spaced out,  maybe the clothes will get me through even more events than that, especially if enough time has passed where the people who remember what you've worn before have eventually forgotten.

So, that means that more than a few times over the years I have found myself inside a Men's Warehouse and Jos. A Bank or two hurriedly trying to find garments to help bail me out of whatever the current life or business event was happening at the time.

According to MLive, there will now be fewer Men's Warehouse and Jos. A. Bank locations for me and maybe you, to choose from moving forward. The retail brand's parent company, Tailored Brands said earlier today that due to the effects that COVID-19 has had on them, they will close 500 stores over time.
