If you made a New Year's resolution to volunteer more and find a way to help others in your neighborhood, here's an idea for you. The Tri-County Office on Aging is always looking for volunteers to help with their Meals on Wheels programs. The Meals on Wheels program  delivers food 5 days a week--Monday through Friday.

Volunteers are needed throughout Mid-Michigan including the Greater Lansing area, Holt, Dansville, Leslie, Mason, and Williamston. Volunteers are also need in Clinton and Eaton counties as well. The Meals on Wheels program has 123 routes across Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties. Food deliveries take about an hour in the morning and most volunteers will be done by 12:30 pm. If you'd like to find out more about how you can volunteer for any of the local Meals on Wheels programs, you can call the main TCOA Meals on Wheels number at 517-887-1460. You can also find out more on their website by clicking here.
