So I don't know if it is just me, or it's a real thing, but it seems like every time I pass a fast food restaurant and take a look at what's happening at drive thru window, there's always a line of cars there waiting to be served. Which of course is a good thing. People are being fed and the economy and business is being stimulated and supported.

Now while it seems to me that this is indeed a run at drive thru windows because of the COVID-19 pandemic I wonder if it's because:

1) People are getting tired of being inside and just want to get out and go somewhere.

2) People are getting tired of cooking all of the time and want to take a little break, hit a drive thru and let someone else do the cooking for them.

3) The drive thru before the pandemic was one of the many things we took for granted and we're getting out and going there now because we miss what were common every day experiences now that we are living our new reality.

Wow...that third one got me wading out into some pretty deep philosophical waters. If you don't mind, I think I'll come back to shore now...Anyway, I believe it's a little bit of all of the above and probably even more.

So here's the deal, as it looks like fast food is growing and now you may be looking for a job, then this opportunity might be for you. According to their press release that they issued today, GPS Hospitality is going to be hiring manager and crew members for their Lansing area Burger King locations. They have 10 locations, by the way so that could mean lots of opportunities.

If you're interested, you can get more information from the GPS Hospitality Facebook page or from their website.
