Once upon a time, Hard Rock was THE place. Whenever you travelled, you had to get the t-shirt or shot glass from that Hard Rock location. Odds are, you were not even old enough to drink from said shot glass. Most of these have since closed down, but they definitely had more than their moment.

Before Netflix, Hulu, and about 50 other streaming services, there was the video store. Blockbuster Video revolutionized the video rental game. Multiple copies of new releases, popcorn, and more. They always seemed to be out of what I wanted on any given Friday, but it was still a cool store. Anyone still have their membership card?

Food and clothes are not the only things that have gone away. Pontiac was everywhere in the 90s and 2000s. Maybe you had a Grand Am, Grand Prix, or the super cool Sunfire. GM is still going strong, but Pontiac is sadly no longer with us. Well, save for the local used car lot.
