Pine Knob’s 2026 Concert Season Still Has Plenty Left

A Michigan summer moves pretty fast. One minute, you're celebrating putting the snow shovel away for the season, and the next someone is trying to sell you a pumpkin spice latte while you're still wearing flip-flops. Fortunately, the 2026 Pine Knob concert season still has plenty of lawn and music left.

The official Pine Knob Music Theatre calendar remains crowded with major touring performers, special guests, and enough musical variety to give nearly every Michigan concert fan another reason to head toward Clarkston.

The Traditional Michigan Drive to Pine Knob

Every road trip to Pine Knob from Mid-Michigan begins with optimism. The tickets are on your phone (you know, you checked three times before leaving and twice in the car). Your favorite artist is blasting through the speakers. Everyone in the car is debating which song must absolutely be played, while one person repeatedly asks whether anybody remembered to bring lawn chairs.

Then your GPS announces that Pine Knob is just one mile away and that your estimated arrival time is somewhere between 15 minutes and the next presidential election. Traffic slows to a crawl. Brake lights stretch as far as the eye can see, which is usually to the venue's entrance, and you're left pondering why your lane is the only one not moving.

That final mile is the toughest part of a trip to Pine Knob. It is frustrating, predictable, and should be part of the disclaimer on your ticket. The smartest move is arriving early and tailgating. Give yourself plenty of time to hit concessions and do your best to remember where you parked.
