West Michigan Fire Department Rescues Baby Ducks From Drain
Sometimes being a baby duck isn't all it's quacked up to be...
You're just a little guy or gal and sometimes you might find yourself in a tough situation like these ducklings recently did in Wyoming, Mich.
Thankfully the Wyoming Fire Department came to the rescue!
According to a Facebook post from Wyoming City Hall, on Monday the Wyoming Fire Department responded to a call of baby ducklings who fell through a storm drain.
The fire department was able to get all 11 ducklings out safely and reunite them with their mama!
Specifically the City of Wyoming thanks firefighters Sam Jones, Mike Jones, Jesse May, Steve Boetsma, and Mickey Healey.
They also thank the residents who called in for helping to save the baby ducks!
We hope these little ones stay safe out there!
Usually the rule with baby animals is to let them be, but in this case, the residents did the right thing by calling for help!
