They have done an amazing job in the last few years of bringing in new talent using both the NFL draft for young talent and the free agency market to find talented veterans to lead their team. Jameson Williams first two seasons in the Big Leagues were plagued with injuries but now he is healthy and is making plays all over the field for the Detroit Lions. He has made tacklers miss, caught long touchdown passes, and brought unmatched energy to the team. Now, he is looking to share all of those skills and knowledge with the next generation of football players here in Michigan.

Jameson Williams and FlexWork Sports will be hosting a football camp for young players in Southwest Michigan in the summer of 2025. In July of 2025, Jameson Williams will be leading a camp at Parchment High School in Kalamazoo County from 9am to 1pm. The camp is open to boys and girls who are between the ages of 6-16 and aspiring to get better at football.

Both Jameson Williams and FlexWork Sports have collaborated with the Parchment Athletic Department to bring this wonderful opportunity to the young boys and girls of Southwest Michigan who love football.
