It’s Official: Nassar Victim’s Father Won’t Be Charged

According to the Lansing State Journal, Randall Margraves will not be charged.

Mr. Margraves was the man who became nationally known for rushing Larry Nassar in an Eaton County courtroom on February 2nd after his daughter's victim impact statements against Nassar.

The Eaton County Prosecutor's Office made the decision to not press charges after those in the courtroom who were directly affected by the rush and potential attack on Nassar said that they didn't want Margraves charged.
