Hot ‘n Now is Making a Comeback, But Will it Return to Lansing?

Gun Lake Investments and an Alpena business owner teamed up, aquired the Hot 'n Now naming rights back in October 2024, and now they say we can expect two new locations near the start of the summer.
Where is Hot 'n Now Opening in Michigan?
The first new location will be near Gun Lake Casino in Wayland, which is about the halfway point between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. The second location will be in Alpena.
For right now, the plan is to focus on getting these two locations open and worry about more potential locations in the future. "Konczak and Monica King, chief executive officer of Grand Rapids-based Gun Lake Investments, say they would like to open a Hot 'n Now in Metro Detroit in the future".

With the possibility of more locations in the future, I'm sure Lansing Foodies would love to see this epic eatery make a return to the Capital City.
