Holt Makes Top 10 List For Places In Michigan To Own A Home
I hate to brag...but...I apparently live in a 'top ten' city! According to a new list from nerdwallet.com, Holt is one of the best places for home-ownership in the state of Michigan.
NerdWallet analyzed places with more than 10,000 residents to determine which have characteristics that are favorable to home-buyers.Three questions were asked in finding the results:
- Are homes available?
- Can you afford to live there?
- Is the area growing?
