Hangin’ Out With Garth Brooks

Banana Don and I heard a rumor that Garth Brooks was going to join his wife, Trisha Yearwood, last night at her show at Wharton Center. So, Don and I decided to try and find Garth backstage. We looked here...

Nope, that's not Garth. (But was he hiding behind the curtain...hmmm...??)

And we looked here...

Still, no Garth.

We did however, have a chance to hang out with Trisha Yearwood and some of our winners backstage and that was a lot of fun.

Laurie and Megan went to see Garth in 1996 at Joe Louis Arena and gave him a Detroit Red Wings jersey which he ended up wearing on stage. So, last night they wanted to give a jersey to Trisha, too...

We finally ended up asking Trisha if Garth was there and hiding somewhere in the Wharton Center. (Perhaps in the mysterious Jackson lounge...which we JUST found out about yesterday...) She just laughed and never really answered us. So, we think he was at Tom Izzo's house but we could be wrong...
