If you're stressing about money these days, well, you're not alone. According to a recent report from CNN, 72% of adults said they were stressed about money in the last month. In the study, the people most affected by money-stress were people living in lower-income households, parents of children under 18, Millennials and Gen Xers. Unfortunately, the stress is causing some people to put their health care needs on hold because of financial concerns. Nearly 1 in 5 Americans say that they have either considered skipping or skipped going to the doctor when they needed health care because of financial concerns. Beside money, what else stresses us out? Well, that list includes work, family duties, and health issues.
