Flashlight Fun For Easter
Looking for something fun to do with the kids this Easter and you want it to be a little different than the regular ol' Easter egg hunt? Well, check this out:
Meridian Township Flashlight Egg Hunt
The event is going to be held at Nancy Moore Park at 1960 Gaylord C. Smith Court in Okemos. It's for children ages 3-12 and will feature children's activities, carnival games, arts and crafts, a visit with the Easter Bunny, K-9 Unit and ambulance, food vendors and a bonfire. The hunt will be held rain or shine beginning at 7 pm on Saturday, April 19th. The egg hunt is at dusk (approximately 9:20 p.m.). Egg hunters will be divided into three different age groups, and must have their own flashlights. Advance registration deadline is 4 p.m. April 17. Call 853-4600 or email Mike at devlin@meridian.mi.us for more information and to register.
Ticket Pricing: $6 per child, in advance; $10 at the door, free for parents
