Here's a story you don't hear every day...

According to a report by TheIndyChannel.com, a farmer in Carroll County, Indiana recently saved one of his cows by putting it in a hot tub. The farmer, Dean Gangwer, says that one of his cows gave birth in the snow and that he found the barely breathing calf in a snowbank. He decided that the quickest way that he could warm up the calf would be to use his hot tub. So, he says he jumped in fully dressed and held the calf, named Leroy, so he wouldn't drown. Once the calf was warmer, he took it inside and wrapped the calf in electric blankets.

And there's a happy ending to the story, Leroy is getting stronger every day and will be joinging the herd very soon! To read more about the cow/hot tub adventure, click here.
