Famous Michiganders Help Their Tenants – Wave Rent

Kristin Bell and Dax Shepard (both from Michigan), are doing what they can to help during the coronavirus pandemic. And it's not just talk - they're helping in a real way.

The most surprising part of this story might be that Kristin and Dax are landlords to several people. According to cheatsheet.com, they own "several properties in the Los Angeles region". Through their property management company, Pringus Property, LLC, (managed by Dax's sister - nice - keepin' it in the family) they sent an email waving their tenants' rent for the month of April. They did it on the down low, just like last week when they donated $150,007.96 (the $7.96 came from their kids) to a charity named "No Kid Hungry".
