What to Expect at Eiffel Waffle Creamery

Eiffel Waffle Creamery is a locally-owned dessert chain that is opening its first Michigan location in our own back yard.

It's going to serve a variety of desserts including ice cream, hand-crafted drinks, topped mini pancakes, and their signature Bubble Waffle Cones.

When and Where is the Eiffel Waffle Creamery Grand Opening?

Eiffel Waffle Creamery is hosting its Grand Opening celebration on Wednesday, December 31 at 2 p.m.

You'll be able to find this new dessert spot on Bailey Street just north of Grand River Avenue in Downtown East Lansing. It's just adjacent to the Bailey Street Parking Lot.

What This Means for Lansing’s Food Scene

With the opening of Eiffel Waffle Creamery in East Lansing, the greater Lansing area will have seen over 35 new eateries open in 2025, making for one of the largest opening counts in recent memory.
