Digital Eye Strain: What Is It And What Can Help?
During this period where we have quite a bit of extra time to spend in front of a screen, it helps to know how to keep your eyes safe and healthy.
According to The Vision Council, the eye strain can come after only two-hours in front of a screen.
I realized I had a form of Digital Eye Strain about two years ago. Working two jobs, one starting at 5:30 in the morning and my second one ending at about 9:00 at night, I was in front of a screen at least 10 hours a day.

The Vision Council says the symptoms I experienced, as well as blurred vision and pain in the neck and shoulders are also common.
Here are some ways to combat Digital Eye Strain or at least deal with symptoms.
