Detroit Tigers Have Special Guest Throwing First Pitch Tonight
There's been some interesting choices lately of guests throwing out the first pitch at MLB games. The Padres recently had a dinosaur throw out the first pitch at one of their games. (You can read more about that here.) Well, now the Detroit Tigers are getting in on the action because RoboCop is scheduled to throw out the first pitch at Comerica Park tonight as the Tigers host the Toronto Blue Jays. RoboCop's motorcycle is to be on display at the stadium and the first 10,000 fans will get a RoboCop cheer card after getting inside. It's all part of "RoboCop Day" in honor of the DVD release of this year's "RoboCop" remake.
