The Detroit Lions released their schedule for the 2018-2019 yesterday. According to the Detroit Lions website, the schedule for next season will feature three nationally-televised games, including Week 1 vs. the New York Jets on ESPN’s Monday Night Football at Ford Field.

If you're making Thanksgiving Day plans, Detroit’s 79th Thanksgiving Day Classic will take place Thursday, November 22 at 12:30 p.m. ET as the Lions host the Chicago Bears and the game will air nationally on CBS. The Detroit Lions organization notes that this year represents the 17th time Detroit will host Chicago on Thanksgiving, ranking as the second-most meetings of any opponent in the Lions Thanksgiving Day history.
