New Lansing Restaurant Crown Grill Serves Up Mediterranean & More

Attention Lansing foodies! A brand new restaurant has just opened in Lansing.

For those who have been keeping track, 2025 has seen over 30 eateries open in the greater Lansing area so far. Plus, we've got about a dozen more on deck to open this year.

Now, we have another restaurant we can add to that ever-growing list: Crown Grill.

Where to Find Crown Grill in Lansing

Crown Grill opened mid-July at 902 E Cesar E Chavez Ave in Lansing. But even though it's still fairly new, word in this town travels fast. Both of Lansing's major Facebook food groups—the Lansing Foodies and the Lansing Chowhounds—already have word (and pictures) of it and some of the food it's serving up.

This new eatery opened in the former home of VEG-N, which is now located in the Meridian Mall. If you've been following closely, word about Crown Grill first popped up back in February.

What’s on the Crown Grill Menu?

By the looks of it, Crown Grill's menu is pretty diverse. They offer a little bit of everything; Mediterranean cuisine, burgers, chicken tenders, fried fish, smoothies, and more. And from patrons' Facebooks posts, it seems like the service and the food is pretty good.

Crown Grill is one of a few places that have opened in the last few weeks alone. Two other recent openings include 2941 Mediterranean Street Food on Lake Lansing and the combination Auntie Anne's/Cinnabon on Jolly near Dunckel.
