Longtime Lansing Restaurant Has Some New Ownership

Coach's Pub & Grill (which used to be the Bishop Inn) is located on Lansing's south side at 6201 Bishop Road and has been around for 22 years. And in short time, it's going to have some new, co-ownership from a fellow Lansing area business person.

Coach's Pub & Grill Purchased by Owner of Saddleback BBQ
The first thing you need to know if you're a big fan of Coach's is that Gillett doesn't plan on making any major changes. The menu, property, and staff will all remain relatively the same. He said his main focus, particularly at first, will be to get to know the staff and learn how things are going behind the scenes.

With the purchase of Coach's Pub & Grill, that makes the fifth business under the reins of Matt Gillett. The others include Saddleback BBQ in Okemos and and REO Town, and the two locations of Slice by Saddleback in Lansing.
