Carson City, Michigan’s Vintage Bowling Alley Is Looking For A New Owner
If you're looking for a new business venture, or perhaps, a little something to keep you busy during your retirement, might I direct you to this awesome, nostalgic, property for sale?
Carson City, Michigan Bowling Alley For Sale
I was scrolling through Facebook when I came across a listing for a Michigan bowling alley for sale; Carson City Lanes. Before I had the chance to dive into the Real Estate listing, I did think that this property was available to live in, I mean, how freaking cool would that be? But alas, I was wrong.
But just because you can't live there, doesn't change the fact that it's looking for a new owner. And a business venture that costs less than plenty of actual homes on the market, is not a bad deal. If you want to buy this place, it's only going to run you $130,000.
Carson City Lanes Bowling Alley
The bowling alley is home to a total of six lanes, two bathrooms, sitting space, locker storage, a front desk area, and of course the back of the lane area with all the equipment (which is staying, by the way). All that fits into a grand total of 4,464 square feet. It's quaint and vintage-looking, and not to mention, she's giving Big Lebowski vibes, and I'm here for it.
I can just imagine hosting a fun birthday party here and renting the whole place out. Or even a little more out of the box, you could open it up to hosting small wedding receptions or holiday parties. Think of all the fantastic memories you and guests could make...spares, strikes, perhaps even a perfect 300 game?
