A New Restaurant Is Opening This Week In Holt

A new restaurant is opening this week in Holt. According to the Lansing State Journal, Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ will be opening their new location this Wednesday, August 21st in what used to be the Hot N' Now building on Cedar Street in Holt. If their name sounds familiar to you, it could be because you've seen their food truck throughout the Lansing area. According to their website, some items on the Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ menu include tender brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese and more.

Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ might not be the only new restaurant opening this month in the Holt area. According to some rumors on Facebook, the new Panera Bread at the corner of Cedar Street and Edgewood Boulevard should be opening at the end of August. I've actually heard a couple of different dates for the official opening date of the new Panera Bread. (August 30th is the latest rumored opening date.) Stay tuned!
