This should definitely get you in the holiday spirit! WestJet, an airline based in Calgary,Canada set up a virtual Santa in the airport that would ask passengers what they wanted for Christmas. The passengers, over 250 of them, would have to scan their boarding pass to activate the Santa and that’s how the virtual Santa would know their names. While the passengers’ flights were in the air, 175 WestJet volunteers went shopping and managed to get all the gifts that the passengers had suggested to the virtual Santa. Here is the “Christmas miracle” video. And it is awesome.
