Who doesn't love a good salad? Sometimes the contents of that salad can be not so good. In fact it could make you really sick. WILX-TV is reporting that the vegetable to be on the lookout for is a salad favorite, whether it's served by itself or in the mix with other vegetables.

It's romaine lettuce. Specifically chopped romaine lettuce from the area of Yuma, Arizona has been linked to an E. coli outbreak in multiple states.

The WILX-TV story states that if you have bought chopped romaine lettuce from the store, no matter if it's just romaine or romaine that is a part of salad mixes, you should throw it away immediately to prevent the possibility of getting an E coli illness.
