Two Michigan State University grads have turned their dreams into reality, and I'm sure beer lovers around Lansing will thank them for it, lol!

According to the Lansing State Journal, this Thursday, December 21st, Chad and Michelle Rogers will open Dimes Brewhouse in Downtown Dimondale. The couple, who both studied chemical engineering at MSU, bought an old floral shop in Dimondale and went to work using their chemical engineering background to help brew beers. And it's obviously helped;

Both are award-winning home brewers. Chad Rogers won third place in the Chicago region for his pineapple IPA during the 2016 National Homebrew Competition. Michelle Rogers won a gold medal for her Golden Hour cider through the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition.

When Dimes Brewhouse opens on the 21st, they will have four beers: a blonde brew aptly named Dimond Ale, "a dry Irish stout, a light-bodied amber beer and an IPA." There won't be any food at the Brewhouse, but you're more than welcome to bring your own!
