Where Are The Biggest Ice Cream Cones In Michigan?
The Only In Michigan Facebook page recently posted a story about where people can find the biggest ice cream cones in Michigan. Back in the late 80s, I used to work at the Sand Lake Party in Nottawa, Michigan and I have to say that we served some of the biggest ice cream cones that I've ever seen. Fast forward to 2018, and according to their article, one of the places in Michigan that is known for their gigantic cones is the Grindstone General Store in Port Austin, Michigan. (Not sure where Port Austin is? Put your hand out like the state of Michigan and it's at the top of your thumb.)
The Grindstone General Store has been open since 1890. They've got over 34 flavors, and yep, I'd have to agree...they've got some big cones! Click here to see the photos!
