What Were Ohio’s F-16s Doing Over the Mackinac Bridge?

According to MLive.com, in June, F-16s from the Ohio Air National Guard's 180th Fighter Wing were seen flying DIRECTLY OVER the Mackinac Bridge and other strategic sites in Michigan. Why?

Apparently they just wanted to get out of Ohio. And do some training. And take some pictures for their Facebook page. Seriously, I think it was all for Facebook.

You know, they have an airport on Mackinac Island. Next time, people - land, and have some fudge.
