If your family is anything like mine, no matter how many people got up for seconds (or thirds, no judgement here), you probably have some Thanksgiving leftovers... Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, something... Instead of just reheating those leftovers, why not make something new out of what you have?

Below are are few dish ideas from Food Network that are pretty easy to put together with those Thanksgiving leftovers!

    Turkey Noodle Soup

What's nice about this recipe is that you can use the turkey carcass and scrapes to make a simple broth from scratch. Add some left over green beans and you've got yourself a nice, hearty soup! Get the recipe HERE.

    Turkey Pot Pie

Grab those leftover veggies and shred some of that turkey too; throw it in a casserole dish and put some quick-bake biscuits or pie crust on top, bake, and BOOM! Your done. CLICK HERE for the recipe.

    Leftover Thanksgiving Grilled Sandwich

Grab your favorite bread (I like rye), pile on some turkey, stuffing, some gravy and/or cranberry sauce, and your favorite cheese... grill that bad boy up, and you've got yourself an all-in-one Thanksgiving feast, in sandwich form!

    Leftover Nachos

This has to be one of the easiest ways to use those leftovers... grab some tortilla chips, top them with your favorite Thanksgiving leftovers, put in the oven under "broil", give it a couple minutes to get nice and hot, and you're good to go! You can even substitute leftover cranberry sauce instead of salsa!
