Right now, according to the ICACS they are extremely full of cats, as people have been dropping off a lot of felines. What's a lot of cats you ask? How about around 1,150 so far this year. 60 of those cats have been brought to the shelter in the last 10 days alone.

Yes, that's a lot of cats.

That means the Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter is trying hard to find good homes for these cats and that includes significantly discounting adoption fees.
