Collin Raye, who had hits like "Love, Me", "Little Rock", "Little Red Rodeo" and "That's My Story" is mad. I don't think he's a fan of Luke Bryan or Florida Georgia Line. He doesn't name names in this op-ed piece titled "Is country music dead?", on the Fox News website, but he complains about "Bro' Country" and too many "truck" songs.

Seriously, he doesn't want to hear about anybody's truck. Ever again. Unless he decides it's serious enough.

I respect his opinion, but I think he's wrong about current country music. I grew up listening to Jerry Reed and Charlie Rich and Loretta Lynn and watching "Hee Haw", on our farm in Missouri. And there are a few current artists that I'm not crazy about, but for the most part, I'm a huge fan - much more so now, than when I was a kid.

And Collin, have you heard the song, "I Drive Your Truck"?

Tell me what YOU think.
