Two Holt Area Restaurants Closed Abruptly This Week

South Cedar Street in Holt will have two more empty buildings now that two restaurants have abruptly shut their doors in the last week. If you missed the news last week, the Tim Horton's in Holt on South Cedar Street closed to the public on Friday. According to a report from WILX, customers went to the door at Tim Horton's only to find a sign that read that the store was closed permanently.

Now there's word this week, that the Flap Jack restaurant on South Cedar Street has also shut down. According to a visitor post on the Flap Jack S. Cedar Facebook page, the Flap Jack in Holt closed after an agreement couldn't be reached on a lease. According to another post on Facebook, it looks like they're already selling a lot of stuff that was at the restaurant including pots and pans, equipment, dishes and more.
