Three words - "Daylight Savings Time".

We'll all lose an hour of sleep on Saturday night as we "spring ahead" one hour. And then our internal clocks will be off an hour for days to come.

According to the Mother Nature Network, research shows that the time change can cause some serious physical problems. Among those side effects associated with DST are "inefficient sleep", heart attacks, work injuries, lower SAT scores and a "dramatic increase in cyberloafing". (Watching kittykats jump out of boxes)

I take this threat so seriously, I'll be taking Monday off.
