The Lincoln Memorial

I had the chance to see the Lincoln Memorial in person when visiting Washington, DC this past summer. If a person can have a "favorite" memorial, then I would have to say that this is one of my favorites. There are really no words to describe the feelings that you have when you see this in person.

I know that I'm a day late but let's not forget the most famous speech ever given by President Abraham Lincoln.
