Today, I'd like to continue to discuss aviation news. We could talk about the U.S. Navy's plan to install laser weapons on board their newest aircraft carrier, the USS Gerald Ford.

Or we could discuss the absolutely real plan to develop "hoverbikes" for the U.S. military, that work just like the "speeders" in "Return of the Jedi".

Or, I could just show you the new Eva Air "Hello Kitty" Boeing 777 that flew into Houston on Friday. You better like Hello Kitty if you take this flight. Houston to Taipei, non-stop, is 15 hours and 40 minutes.

The good news - you'll be able to make the trip to Taiwan in one of these planes (they have seven of them) from Chicago next year. And thanks for the video from linjeflyg, who apparently hangs out at airports all day long.    Enjoy:
