The lobby is closed, the lines are long, and people apparently don't mind waiting? What's the holdup and how long will this be going on?

I could tell you about one local fast food drive thru that I frequent with my family that has the WORST drive thru audio system ever! Understand that the food is good and the employees are very nice, too. But the drive thru system is horrible...
