Strange Jet Ski Discovered In Mid-Michigan

Umm...I'm no trash expert but I do believe this isn't legal....Here's what I discovered yesterday while driving in Holt. Does anyone know who left their jet ski in the trash?

By the way, if you're looking for a used jet ski I know where you can find one...:)
