One of my favorite moments from the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special actually happened before the show on the red carpet. Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie were interviewing Jim Carrey and Tina Fey and at the end of the interview Carrey asked about Brian Williams:
