Watch out for some possible icy road conditions Monday morning.

The National Weather Service reports that we may see a decent wintry mix of precipitation, including "freezing rain and snow", resulting in some icy roads. If that's the case, you'll want to allow for some extra time during your morning commute.

A quick look at the graphic shows that snow is more likely for the U.P. and the upper part of the L.P. We here in the Mid-Michigan area are most likely to see ice. And rain is expected in the southern parts of Michigan.

The ice and snow won't last for too long though, temperatures will rise to the upper 30's by the end of Monday and are expected to rise through the rest of the week, possibly as warm as the 50's. Read more details HERE.
