Severe Storms Possible Tonight For The Lansing Area

After a whole lot of rain this morning, we could see even more storms later today. The National Weather Service says that there's a possibility for severe storms with damaging winds, heavy downpours and the potential for some hail with tonight's storms. The storms are most likely to hit before 9pm. There's also a slight chance of storms throughout the night and into Friday morning. Click here for more info from the National Weather Service.

So far my sump pump isn't running. It might not be a bad idea to check on yours when you get home from work. Also, be sure to watch out for some flooded roadways if you have any plans for later tonight.
