Santa Claus Thrown In Jail

According to WBIR-TV, Santa Claus was arrested earlier this week. (!!)

Police officials in Idaho say that a man whose legal name is Santa Claus was busted for driving under the influence after police stopped him allegedly driving the wrong way on an Idaho road on Monday. Santa Mr. Claus apparently smelled of alcohol and told police that he wasn't familiar with the road and that's he was driving so poorly.

Santa Mr. Claus did admit that he'd been drinking (perhaps eggnog) and he flunked a sobriety test. He was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor count of DUI and is now officially on the 'naughty list.' You can read more about the 'Bad Santa' and see his mug shot by clicking here.
