According to the Lansing State Journal, professional eaters Randy Santel and Magic Mitch are headed to Grand Ledge to take on "The Chopping Block" at Crossroads BBQ.

"The Chopping Block" is serving-tray big. A pound of brisket, a pound of pork and a pound of sausage, 12 jumbo chicken wings, a full rack of ribs and a large order of Crossroads BBQ french fries.

That's big. So big that nobody has been able to conquer the Crossroads BBQ challenge of eating all of "The Chopping Block" in an hour or less. A dozen people have tried.

But Santel, with over 600 eating challenges won, and Magic Mitch are going to give it a try tomorrow  night at 6:30 at the restaurant. You may still be able to see this event if you'd like to head out tomorrow. Admission is free and there is a limited number of tickets available.
