Scientists say a large solar flare, on Wednesday, may affect the accuracy of GPS readings and could affect power grids this weekend. So, you might get lost and maybe the lights will flicker. But, hey - if you're far enough north on Friday night (and this ain't Florida, pal) we might see the Northern Lights.

So, if that high school football game gets boring, just start chanting "aurora borealis".
