According to MLive.com (and NASA), you MAY be able to see northern lights in a large part of Michigan tonight.

I know. I've told you about northern lights and meteor showers and eclipses before, and then you can't see anything because it's too cloudy that night. Well, tonight should be different. It's supposed to be a clear night. Now, it just depends on how far south the northern lights can be seen. NASA says there's a four out of ten chance of northern lights in Michigan - and your chances increase the further north you are.

So, get in an unobstructed area and look to the north - low on the horizon.

Good luck - to all of us.
