I don't know if it's me, but it sure seems like there are a lot of food product recalls lately.

According to fox17online.com, this time around it's ground beef. And, it's not just a couple of cow's worth. Try 6.5 million pounds of beef that has been recalled as of last Thursday.

JBS Tolleson, Inc., a meat producer who is based in Arizona, recalled the beef due to a salmonella outbreak which could have been caused by their products in question. Health officials had recently identified the company as the supplier of the raw ground beef products that had become the probable source of reported salmonella illnesses in 16 states. The cases have amounted to 57 so far.
