Matt Kenseth was leading the race at Kansas on Sunday with 5 laps to go, when Joey Logano got up underneath his back bumper and spun him out. At least that's how Kenseth saw it. Logano says Kenseth was blocking him. According to jayski.com, when Matt was asked what he would like to say to Joey, Matt said,  "I won't talk to Joey, I don't have anything to talk to him about really. I'm one of the only guys that I think hasn't been into it yet with Joey and I've always raced him with a ton of respect, I've actually been one of his biggest fans - I'm certainly not anymore, but I always was. It's a shame."

Looks like somebody needs to return somebody else's letter jacket.

So  Joey won the race, followed by Hamlin, Johnson, Kahne, Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, Blaney, Edwards, pole sitter Keselowski, and Jeff Gordon.

Here are the standings:

1) #22-Logano* [5 wins], 3095; +13
2) #11-Hamlin[2], 3082 -13; +18
3) #41-Busch[2], 3077 -18; +13
4) #19-Edwards[2], 3076 -19; +12
5) #4-Harvick [3], 3071 -24; +7
6) #24-Gordon, 3071 -24; +7
7) #2-Keselowski[1], 3071 -24; +7
8) #78-Truex, Jr.[1], 3070 -25; +6 ahead of 9th
Top 8 advance to Eliminator round
9) #18-Busch[4], 3064 -31; -6 out of 8th
10) #31-Newman, 3062 -33; - 8
11) #88-Earnhardt Jr.[2], 3039 -56; -31
12) #20-Kenseth[5], 3035 -60; -35

Looks like this would be a good time for a win for Junior.

Next race will be at the Talladega Superspeedway, next Sunday, on NBCSN. Green flag is scheduled for 2:49PM. We'll make our picks during NASCAR News this Friday just after 7AM.
