New York Yankees Hall of Fame catcher Yogi Berra passed away at the age of 90 on Tuesday, September 22nd. (The same day as his Major League Baseball debut 69 years ago.) Berra was a catcher for the Yankees for 19 years and won the Most Valuable Player award for the American League three times and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972.
