Four more Michigan lighthouses are up for auction. According to the Lansing State Journal, the Government Services Administration (not the State of Michigan) is conducting the sale, with opening bids of $10,000 to $15,000.

One of the lighthouses being auctioned off is the White Shoal Light, located 20 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge. If it looks familiar, that's because it's the model for the red and white lighthouse on the Michigan "Save Our Lights" license plate.
