Food trucks are very big in places like L.A., Miami, Portland, Austin and New York. They even have one on Main Street in Disneyland. It's a great way to get authentic ethnic food. They're so popular, that a new movie called "Chef" is the story of one food truck's journey across America. (By the way - great movie.) Here's a list of the most popular food trucks in America according to Buzzfeed.

Lansing has several food trucks, and we may be getting more at what they're calling the "Capital City Food Court", at the corner of Oakland Ave. and Cedar St.
